Stolen Felines Reunited with Owners after Vietnam Cat-Meat Bust
Vietnamese police have dismantled a cat-theft ring operating across southern Vietnam, rescuing over 400 live cats and 80 carcasses. Nine suspects were arrested, and at least 40 stolen pets have been returned to their owners.
