Speedboat Capsizes Near Phu Quoc, Killing 15 Indian Tourists
A speedboat carrying Indian tourists capsized near Phu Quoc Island in southern Vietnam on Saturday, claiming 15 lives. Twenty-one people were rescued from the incident, which occurred about 400 metres from Hon May Rut Ngoai Island.
