Tabung Haji's 2014 approval to acquire a 30 per cent stake in Putrajaya Perdana for RM193.5 million took place entirely while the company remained under Low Taek Jho's control, according to sworn testimony cited by Finance Minister II Amir Hamzah Azizan.
