NSM Missile Payment Was Performance-Based, Not Advance — MINDEF Clarifies
Malaysia's Defence Ministry has clarified that the RM571.9 million payment for Norwegian-supplied Naval Strike Missile systems was made only after the weapons passed Royal Malaysian Navy tests and were ready for delivery, not as an upfront advance.
