Laos declares Luang Namtha a disaster zone as border flooding wreaks havoc across 30 villages
Luang Namtha province in northern Laos has been declared a disaster zone following severe flash floods around the Boten border crossing with China, affecting more than 30 villages and critical infrastructure across the region.
