DBKK Urged to Soften Parking Crackdown with Education Drive and Grace Period
Kapayan assemblyman Chin Teck Ming has appealed to Kota Kinabalu City Hall to introduce a six-month grace period and launch a public education campaign before intensifying its crackdown on illegal parking, citing insufficient awareness and parking shortages.
