Police Dismantle Plot to Relocate Cambodian Scam Ring into Vietnam
Police in Vietnam's Phu Tho province have charged four people for orchestrating an illegal scheme to relocate an online scam operation from Cambodia. The plot was discovered and dismantled before operations could commence.
