Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui sentenced to 30 years for massive fraud scheme targeting democracy activists
A self-exiled Chinese billionaire who fled to the US as a Communist Party critic has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for defrauding more than 1,000 people worldwide of hundreds of millions of dollars through bogus investment schemes.
