Malaysia's Competition Authority Gets Stronger Cartel-Fighting Powers
The Malaysia Competition Commission will gain enhanced enforcement tools under the Competition (Amendment) Bill 2026, including whistleblower cash rewards and penalty reductions up to 40 per cent for early admissions.
