Businessman wins RM400,000 defamation payout from Chinese daily over assault allegation
A High Court has ordered Sin Chew Media Corporation Bhd to pay RM400,000 in damages to businessman Yeoh Ee Seong after finding a published report falsely suggested he orchestrated an attack on a lawyer.
