Former Sports Ministry Officer's Appeal Hearing Postponed Until September as Judge Issues Stern Warning
The High Court has rescheduled Otman Arshad's appeal hearing to September. The former Youth and Sports Ministry officer is fighting his conviction on 32 abuse of power charges and 64 money laundering offences.
