Thailand Narrows Alcohol Exemptions to Weddings and Diplomatic Functions
Thailand has restricted alcohol exemptions at normally prohibited venues to just two categories: wedding receptions and diplomatic events held according to established custom, under a new Prime Minister's Office notification.
