Japan Establishes New Agency to Combat Illegal Export of Premium Crop Varieties
Japan will establish a new organisation by August to protect plant variety rights and curb unauthorised overseas cultivation of premium crops like Beni Princess citrus and Shine Muscat grapes, which have leaked to China and South Korea.
