Malaysia Keeps Civil Service Retirement Age at 60, Makes PERKESO Contribution Voluntary
Malaysia's government has decided to maintain the mandatory retirement age for civil servants at 60, rejecting proposals for an increase. The Cabinet also made PERKESO's non-employment injury insurance contribution voluntary.
