Shanghai Man Jailed for Defrauding Friends with Fake Property Sale
A Shanghai resident with a prior fraud conviction has been sentenced to over 10 years in prison for deceiving lifelong friends out of 700,000 yuan by changing the lock on a vacant flat and falsely posing as its owner.
