Penang Landfill Reclamation Project on Hold Pending Environmental Approval
Penang's Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow has warned that the RM1 billion Jelutong landfill reclamation project will not proceed unless the concession company obtains Environmental Impact Assessment approval by a new deadline.
