Japan Police Dismantle Illegal Online Gambling Payment Network in Major Crackdown
Japanese police have arrested nine people for running an illegal payment system that allowed domestic customers to access overseas online casinos. The suspects allegedly facilitated over 340 billion yen in wagers from January to April 2025.
