Filipino mayor's son lands on FBI's Most Wanted Fraudsters list over US$650M scheme
Rey E. Grabato II, whose father and mother have both served as mayor of Mina in Iloilo province, has been placed on the FBI's Most Wanted Fraudsters list for his alleged role in a US$650 million scheme that victimised approximately 2,000 investors across the United States between 2018 and 2022.
