A 63-year-old Singapore man has been sentenced to life imprisonment for murdering his 61-year-old flatmate in March 2023. Ng Boon Hong poured boiling oil on Ang Cheng Kek before fatally stabbing him multiple times following escalating disputes in their shared Redhill rental unit.
