RM62mil Jana Wibawa contract awarded to firm despite initial evaluation failure
A High Court has heard how an engineering firm allegedly linked to an RM800,000 donation to Bersatu secured a RM62 million Jana Wibawa contract despite initially failing the Finance Ministry's evaluation process.
