Five arrested in scheme defrauding elderly women of RM77,000 through fake scratch-and-win lures
Perak police have apprehended five individuals connected to a scratch-and-win fraud operation that extracted more than RM77,000 in valuables from two senior citizens across Ipoh and Taiping.
