Epicon to Acquire Majority Stakes in Rantau Urusan and LPB Construction for RM543.16 Million
Epicon Bhd has agreed to acquire 60 per cent stakes in property and construction firms Rantau Urusan and LPB Construction from Lagenda Properties for RM543.16 million through share issuance.
