KWAP Can Pursue Civil Action to Recover RM163 Million eFishery Investment Losses
Malaysia's Retirement Fund Incorporated (KWAP) has the legal pathway to sue for recovery of RM163 million in losses from its eFishery investment, which was undermined by allegedly falsified financial documents from Indonesian company leadership.
