Taiwan Stages First Mobile Internet Blackout Drill to Test Disaster and Conflict Readiness
Taiwan will intentionally slow mobile internet speeds across central and northern regions in August to familiarize the public with communication alternatives during emergencies, marking the first such civil defence exercise.
