Man accused of killing actor James Handy deemed mentally unfit to stand trial
A Los Angeles judge has ruled that Michael Gledhill, 44, charged with murdering veteran actor James Handy, 81, is mentally incompetent to stand trial. He cannot understand the charges or assist his defence, the court found.
